What Will You Get?

LBA Attendee Management System allows you to monitor your staff’s mobile phone location to know where they are during their shift and also to detect if a phone is within a range of 5-100m (software controlled) from where the LBA Sensor is deployed.

LBA Attendee Management System

This system works by installing two correlated mobile applications: the Attendee App and the Management App.

In order to signify their presence, each employee registers his/her own device in the Attendee App, as well as selected biometric parameters (at the first access only), and manually reports arrival and exit time.

The App sends alerts as reminder to manually report arrival and exit times, and also to verify and check the employee’s location – via the “Proof of location” feature.

The Management App enables the real-time monitoring of employees’ arrival and exit time, along with potential check on the employee’s location. The system also compares the automatic check-in and check-out with the registered manual operations.

For each device, managers can access historical arrival and exit times manually recorded, historical automatically-recorded arrival and exit times and the “Proof of location” tests data. Reports are generated in CSV format.
